When I first got interested in collecting varieties I purchased a copy of Rob Washburn’s book PNC Varieties, which was printed in 1990. I found that I had a large number of the varieties listed in his book. I, also found that there were a large number of new varieties for these stamps, as well as, varieties for the new stamps that have been issued since that time. Without Rob’s book, that covered the first 10 years, I’m sure that I would have given up or certainly not be as far along as I am today. Thanks Rob.
